NeoHumanCode.com uses cookies for site operation and experience, and to measure site usage. We currently use seven cookies; the last two on this list are set by Google Analytics, a Google LLC service:

• Session (24 hours, essential): keeps you signed in.
• Language (1 year, functional): remembers your language preference.
• Password reset (10 minutes, essential): enables the password recovery process.
• Referral (30 days, functional): when you arrive through a facilitator's link, it remembers the associated discount code so it can be applied at checkout.
• Google sign-in (24 hours, essential): only if you choose to sign in with Google. It holds the state of the exchange with Google so that, when you come back, we can verify the response matches the request you started. It is a first-party cookie: Google does not set it.
• Google Analytics, _ga (2 years, analytics): tells one visitor from another so site usage can be measured without counting the same person twice. It is not set for visitors from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
• Google Analytics, _ga_<identifier> (2 years, analytics): keeps the state of the current visit. Same conditions as the previous one.

We do not use advertising cookies. The only cookies set by a third party are the two from Google Analytics, which measure site usage: how many pages are viewed and how many people visit. We configured it without advertising purposes: no Google Signals, no link to Google Ads, and no sharing of the data with Google for other purposes.

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings, understanding that this may affect certain features (such as staying signed in). The Google Analytics cookies rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the service, which is why the site shows no consent notice; they are not set for visitors from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. If you do not want your visits measured with Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or use a content blocker that blocks Google Analytics. Blocking only its cookies prevents your visits from being linked to each other, but does not stop each page you visit from being recorded.

If we ever add personalization or marketing cookies, we will update this Policy and ask for your prior consent, with equal visibility to accept, reject or configure each category individually.

The welcome video shown on the home page is served from our own infrastructure provider, not from a third-party platform. So that nothing loads without your involvement, until then the page shows only content hosted by us: the player loads only if you choose to play the video, and it sets no third-party or advertising cookies.

Besides Google Analytics, we run our own measurement that sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device: our server derives an identifier from your IP address and your browser, combined with a key that changes every day. It lets us avoid counting the same visit twice within a single day, cannot link your visits across different days or identify you, and is not shared with Google. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the service.
