Corporate Data Processing Agreement
Effective date: August 13, 2026
When a company engages NeoHumanCode to provide reports or self-knowledge experiences to its collaborators, both parties enter into a Corporate Data Processing Agreement that supplements the commercial contract and specifically governs the processing of the personal data involved. This agreement establishes, at a minimum:
- Object and scope: what data is processed (for example, collaborators' birth data), for what purpose, and for how long.
- Role of the parties: the company acts as data controller with respect to its collaborators; NeoHumanCode acts as data processor with respect to the data it processes on the company's behalf, unless a different scheme is agreed.
- Individual consent: the company commits to obtaining and documenting the voluntary and informed consent of each collaborator before their data is entered into the platform.
- Prohibition of use for adverse employment decisions: an express clause reiterating that the reports may not be used as a basis for hiring, evaluation, promotion, compensation, or termination decisions.
- Security measures: a description of the technical and organizational measures applied by NeoHumanCode (encryption, access controls, data deletion).
- Confidentiality and non-disclosure of individual results without authorization.
- Duration, termination, and fate of the data at the end of the contract (deletion or return).
- Governing law and jurisdiction.
This agreement template is shared individually with each corporate client before starting the implementation, and can be adapted to particular requirements of the contracting company or its jurisdiction.
Specific Consent for Team Building Experiences
Effective date: August 13, 2026
Team building or group integration experiences that use NeoHumanCode reports require an additional, specific consent from each participant, distinct from the general consent to use the platform. Before participating, each collaborator must expressly accept:
- That their birth data will be used to generate a personal report within the framework of the activity.
- If the activity includes a group debrief or sharing session, what specific information from their report will be shared with the group (if any) and what remains private.
- That their participation is voluntary and that they may choose not to share personal results during the group dynamic without this affecting their participation in the activity.
- That the contracting company will not have access to their full individual report, except for the information the collaborator themselves decides to share during the activity.
This consent is obtained individually (not through the company) before the start of the activity, and is recorded as described in "Consent Records and Legal Versions".
Internal Security Incident Procedure
Effective date: August 13, 2026
NeoHumanCode has an internal procedure for managing security incidents that may affect the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of the personal data we process. In general terms, this procedure includes:
- Detection and identification of the incident, including its nature and estimated scope.
- Immediate containment to limit the impact (for example, revoking access, isolating affected systems).
- Risk assessment for the affected individuals.
- Notification: when the incident involves a risk to data subjects' rights, we will notify the affected individuals and, where required by applicable regulations, the competent supervisory authority (for example, the Agency for Access to Public Information in Argentina), within the corresponding legal timeframes.
- Remediation and post-incident analysis to prevent similar incidents.

Consent Records and Legal Versions
Effective date: August 13, 2026
NeoHumanCode maintains a record of the consents given by users and of the current versions of its legal documents, in order to be able to demonstrate which version of the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or other specific consents (for example, for report generation, marketing, or team building) each user accepted and at what time.
This record includes, at a minimum:
- User identification (email address or account identifier).
- Document and version accepted (identified by effective date).
- Date and time of acceptance.
- Type of consent (use of data to generate a report, marketing, third-party data processing, team building, etc.).
Each time we substantially update a legal document, a new version is generated with its own effective date, and a new acceptance is requested where appropriate. You may request a certificate of the consents recorded in your name by writing to legal@neohumancode.com.
