Effective date: August 20, 2026
This section applies to therapists, facilitators, coaches, and other professionals ("Professionals") who use NeoHumanCode to generate reports about their own clients or consultees.
Basis of authorization: when a Professional enters the birth data of a third party (their consultee) to generate a report, they declare and warrant that they have that person's valid authorization to do so. By using this feature, the Professional confirms: "I have valid authorization from the data subject to enter this data and request the report."
Role of the Professional: with respect to that third-party data, the Professional acts under their own responsibility as the one who obtains their consultee's consent; NeoHumanCode acts as the provider of the report generation tool.
Use of the report: the generated report is a support tool for the Professional's professional judgment. It does not replace their training, assessment, or professional responsibility, and must not be presented to the data subject as a diagnosis.
Confidentiality: the Professional must safeguard the confidentiality of their consultees' reports in accordance with their own professional code of ethics and applicable data protection regulations.
Deletion of third-party data: any data subject (or the Professional on their behalf, where applicable) may request the deletion of a report generated about them by writing to legal@neohumancode.com.
Payments to Professionals: when the Professional receives payments through NeoHumanCode (for example, via a Mercado Pago alias added to their profile), that payment relationship is independent of these Terms and is governed by the conditions NeoHumanCode communicates to the Professionals network.
Publication of the profile in the facilitator directory. When registering, the Professional chooses who their profile is shown to in the NeoHumanCode directory: consultees, organizations, both, or no one. The directory is in operation: the choice recorded at registration governs from its publication and can be changed at any time by writing to support@neohumancode.com. When the Professional authorizes publication, the publishable data is what they entered in their registration for public use: full name or public name, descriptor, introduction, years of experience, country, city only if they declared in-person practice, time zone, languages, disciplines with the declared level, session durations and platforms, availability, any contact channels and social profiles they provided, and the profile photograph they have uploaded. Birth data (date, time and place) is never published. Publication is not automatic: it requires prior review and approval by NeoHumanCode. The Professional may change their choice or request removal from the directory at any time, without giving a reason, by writing to support@neohumancode.com. The choice is recorded together with the version of this document in force, including when the option chosen is not to publish.
