NeoHumanCode offers reports and self-knowledge experiences to companies for team development, leadership, and organizational culture. These uses are governed by conditions additional to those applicable to individual users:
Voluntariness: each collaborator's participation must be voluntary. The contracting company does not give consent on behalf of its collaborators: each person must directly accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and give their own consent for the use of their data.
Development-only purpose: reports contracted by companies are voluntary tools for self-knowledge and team cohesion. They must not be used, either as a sole basis or as a contributing factor, in decisions regarding selection, hiring, performance evaluation, promotion, compensation, or termination.
Access to individual results: the contracting company does not automatically access its collaborators' individual reports, unless each person expressly authorizes it for a specific instance (for example, a facilitated group debrief).
Corporate client responsibility: the company is responsible for adequately communicating the purpose of the activity to its collaborators and for not conditioning workplace benefits on participation.
Aggregate analytics: when we offer analytics dashboards to corporate clients, they show aggregated and anonymized information about the use of the tool, not individual report content, except with each collaborator's express consent.
The specific conditions of each corporate implementation (scope, data, timelines, confidentiality) are formalized in a Corporate Data Processing Agreement, described in the corresponding section.
