Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence

NeoHumanCode uses artificial intelligence as an assistance tool to organize, structure, and draft the personalized reports, based on methodologies, criteria, and sources defined and supervised by our editorial team. Artificial intelligence does not decide which disciplines are used or which sources are valid: that judgment is human and editorial.

Principles we apply:

• Human oversight: the templates, methodologies, and interpretation rules are designed and reviewed by people.
• Transparency: the reports indicate that they were prepared with the assistance of artificial intelligence.
• Interpretive purpose, not predictive or diagnostic: the results should not be interpreted as certainties or diagnoses.
• Non-discrimination: the reports must not be used to make automated decisions affecting people's rights (employment, credit, access to services) without human intervention.
• Confidentiality of the data entered: the data you provide to generate your report is processed with the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. Automated processing for report synthesis is carried out through the commercial APIs of our technology providers (Anthropic, PBC and OpenRouter Inc.). Under those providers' API Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, the personal data entered is not used to train their public artificial intelligence models.
