These Purchase Terms supplement the general Terms and Conditions and specifically govern the purchase of reports, subscriptions, and paid services on NeoHumanCode.com.
Price and currency: prices are shown before confirming the purchase, including currency and applicable taxes where relevant. Payments in Argentine pesos (ARS) are processed through Mercado Pago; international payments in US dollars (USD) are processed through PayPal.
Payment methods: we accept the methods enabled by our payment providers. NeoHumanCode does not store card data.
Delivery: digital reports are delivered through access to a protected URL and, where applicable, by email. Delivery is considered completed at the moment the content becomes available for viewing.
Subscriptions: subscription plans (including monthly report limits) are detailed at the point of purchase. Renewals, plan changes, and cancellations can be managed from your account settings; cancellation applies to the next billing cycle, unless otherwise indicated at the time of contracting.
Country-specific conditions: for buyers outside Argentina, consumer protection rules of the buyer's country of residence may apply in addition to these Terms. NeoHumanCode is in the process of incorporating country-specific annexes (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, and Peru) that will specify the currency, taxes, right of withdrawal, refund periods, complaint channel, and applicable consumer authority in each jurisdiction. Until their publication, in the event of any conflict between these Terms and a mandatory consumer protection rule of the buyer's country, the latter shall prevail to the extent applicable.
