This annex is based on U.S. regulations in force as of August 2026 (state privacy laws, ADA, ROSCA/FTC rule on negative options, CAN-SPAM, and COPPA).
This annex supplements the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the other sections of this Legal Information for users located in the United States. In the event of any conflict between this annex and the general sections, this annex prevails with respect to U.S. users.
In addition to what is described in the Privacy Policy, if you reside in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law in force (among others: California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Florida, and the other states with equivalent legislation), you have the right to:
We recognize and respect browser privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of data where applicable.

NeoHumanCode is committed to advancing toward compliance with WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines for users in the United States, in line with the expectations of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This is an ongoing process: see the Accessibility Policy (Section 8) for the detail of the committed actions. For users in the U.S., and in line with the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations on negative options:
Our marketing email communications to users in the U.S. comply with the CAN-SPAM Act: they include clear sender identification, a non-deceptive subject line, our physical or postal address, and a visible and functional unsubscribe mechanism in every send. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
In certain states (for example, California and Colorado) there are specific rules on transparency in the use of artificial intelligence systems, either in force or coming into force. We reiterate what is established in Section 9: our reports are prepared with AI assistance under human editorial supervision, for interpretive and non-discriminatory purposes. In response to any additional state regulatory requirement, NeoHumanCode will update this section to reflect the specific disclosures that apply.
Our Services are not directed at children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if we become aware of having done so, we will delete that information immediately.
Unless your state's law requires otherwise, there is no general federal right of withdrawal in the U.S. for digital goods delivered immediately. We nevertheless apply the general Refund Policy (Section 5): full refund before the report is generated, case-by-case review if it was generated but not viewed, and regeneration or refund for errors attributable to NeoHumanCode.
