Refund Policy

Since our reports are personalized digital content that is generated and delivered immediately, we apply the following policy:

Before the report is generated: if you change your mind before the report has been generated, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Report generated but not downloaded or viewed: we will evaluate your request case by case, considering the time elapsed and the reason given.

Report already downloaded, viewed, or delivered: as this is digital content fully performed, the refund is subject to the withdrawal conditions permitted by the legislation of your country of residence. In Argentina, by requesting the immediate generation of the report you accept that the service is considered fulfilled at the time of delivery, as detailed in the Withdrawal Button (Botón de Arrepentimiento) and in the Terms and Conditions.

Errors attributable to NeoHumanCode (for example, a report badly generated due to a technical failure): we offer regeneration at no charge or a refund, at the user's choice.

Data entered incorrectly by the user (for example, a wrong birth date or time): regeneration with the correct data may carry an additional cost, unless the request is made within 24 hours of the purchase.

To request a refund, use the Withdrawal Button (Botón de Arrepentimiento) or write to support@neohumancode.com indicating the email used in the purchase, the operation number, and the reason.
